PHILIPPINE ARMY REQUIREMENTS FOR AFPSAT /EXAM

The following are the requirements needed for the registration during the AFPSAT Examinations:

1. Birth Certificate from NSO
2. Diploma
3. TOR for college graduate same as to those college undergraduate but must reach 72units.
4. Form 137/138 for high school graduate
5. Vocational/TESDA Certificate (NC2)
6. 2 pieces of 2x2 picture and
7. Any Valid ID (Government issued ID only). Appicants may use NBI/Police clearance.

For those Aspirant Applicants applying for Officer Candidate Course (OCC), Officer Preparatory Course (OPC) and Candidate Soldier Course (CSC). Here are the qualifications:

For OCC:
- Baccalaureate degree
- Single Without child
- At least 5 feet in height both male and female
- Physically and Mentally Fit
- 21 to 29 years old on start of training (no age waiver)
- No pending case in any court

For OPC:
- Baccalaureate Degree
- Commissioned in the Reserve Forces as 2nd Lieutenant
- Must complete the Preparatory Officer Training Course (POTC)
- 21 to 33 years old on the date of Call-to-Active Duty
- At least 5 feet in height both male and female
- Physically and mentally fit
- No pending case in any court

For CSC:
- At least 72 units in college
- If High school Graduate only, must posses a certified skill needed it the military service
- At least 5 feet in height both male and female
- 18 to 25 years old on the start of training (no age waiver)
- Single Without child
- Physically and mentally fit
- No pending case in any court
