The following are the requirements needed for the registration during the AFPSAT Examinations: 1. Birth Certificate from NSO 2. Diploma 3. TOR for college graduate same as to those college undergraduate but must reach 72units. 4. Form 137/138 for high school graduate 5. The Army Recruitment Office-Luzon has its weekly schedule of AFPSAT examination from Monday to Wednesday with the combined effort of the Army Testing Office. The AFPSAT registration also schedule weekly from Monday to Friday.
