CIVIL SERVICE TIPS FOR PERCENTAGE AND DECIMAL OPERATION MADE EASY



A simple tip for those who have difficulties in performing OPERATIONS to the Percentage and  Decimal especially the DIVISION and MULTIPLICATION, I would suggest if you will always convert it into FRACTION para mas mapadali ang pag-solve..

When it comes to PERCENT, always DIVIDE the Number into 100 but remove the % sign.

Examples:
0.05 = 5% = 5/100 = 1/20
0.1 = 10% = 10/100 = 1/10
0.15 = 15% = 15/100 = 3/20
0.2 = 20% = 20/100 = 2/10 = 1/5
0.25 = 25% = 25/100 = 1/4
0.3 = 30% = 30/100 = 3/10
0.35 = 35% = 35/100 = 7/20
0.4 = 40% = 40/100 = 4/10 = 2/5
0.45 = 45% = 45/100 = 9/20
0.5 = 50% = 50/100 = 5/10 = 1/2
0.55 = 55% = 55/100 = 11/20
0.6 = 60% = 60/100 = 6/10 = 3/5
0.65 = 65% = 65/100 = 13/20
0.7 = 70% = 70/100 = 7/10
0.75 = 75% = 75/100 = 3/4
0.8 = 80% = 80/100 = 8/10 = 4/5
0.85 = 85% = 85/100 = 17/20
0.9 = 90% = 90/100 = 9/10
0.95 = 95% = 95/100 = 19/20
1 = 100% = 100/100 = 1
